Food ;

  • ‘any nourishing substance that is eaten or drunk or otherwise taken into the body to sustain life, promote energy and growth.’
  • ‘Whatever supplies nourishment to organisms.’

Mood Food ;

  • Substances that are eaten or drank that will effect your state of mind, emotions or feelings.

Our Food is our Fuel and without it we cannot exist. With too little, too much or the wrong type, we can function for a while but not efficiently.

Our food is the building blocks of our existence. It creates new cells, fuels and maintains body systems, aids growth and repair , gives us energy, and maintains healthy organs the most important being the brain!
